The hotel was very clean and had a posh appearance. It was located just a few minutes walk from a main road with plenty of shops and bars. The buffet had a good variety of food options, including barbecued items and a wide selection of salads and fruit.
The entertainment was a big letdown, especially if you aren't German. The disco only took place on Saturdays from midnight until 2am, and the inclusive drinks stopped at midnight sharp, even if you were in line before then.

The holiday decorations and atmosphere for Christmas was lovely and really made the hotel feel festive. the swimming pool area was well maintained, clean, and a nice size to relax and enjoy the sun. the hotel's location was great with easy access to the beach and local shops and restaurants.
The food options were limited and not of high quality, not many options for vegetarians or vegans. the staff were not very attentive and seemed to prioritize non-English speaking guests, making communication and service difficult.
